Weight training is heart healthy.

Circuit weight training is an excellent way to increase full-body strength while simultaneously strengthening your heart muscle. Many new studies are demonstrating that circuit weight training is even better than endurance activities. Don’t get me wrong, endurance activities are great in conjunction with circuit weight training, but they just don’t give you the functional, everyday strength that circuit weight training will and be heart healthy at the same time.

Circuit weight training will tone your muscles, strengthen your abs and lower back, increase bone density, improve coordination and balance and will definitely increase your desire to move.
