Small-Group Personalized Training

Our full-body, personalized strength training classes are 100% trainer-assisted and designed so that each individual receives the encouragement and instruction needed to get the most out of these highly effective, circuit-weight training workouts.

Class size averages 3 to 6 individuals and are instructed by three, highly experienced trainers. Having three trainers in a small class is key to your success. The trainers will guide you, and help you perfect proper exercise form while ensuring you’re working at the correct intensity based on your experience, exercise tolerance, and current level of fitness. Each workout is approximately 50 minutes in duration.

Your body will literally begin the positive transformation after the first workout. You can expect improved strength, energy and muscle tone in as little as 14 to 21 days (with the recommended 3 workouts per week).
