Participation in strength training has become more popular than ever and rising rapidly due to its functional, aesthetic, and health-promoting benefits. Super Fit’s strength training classes are helping men and women of all ages gain muscle, lose fat, boost metabolism, and strengthen bones without creating a bulky physique, contradicting old myths.

Our trainers will expertly coach you on perfect weight training form for the safest, most productive workouts possible - all based on your current level of fitness, experience, and/or orthopedic limitations.

No more wondering what to do and how to do it - get in, get out, and get a well-balanced, professional, personalized workout in 50 minutes or less! Class size averages six individuals and training starts at only $16.50 per hour.
