Our premium strength training classes are the the best way to build strength, stamina and improved body composition.

We offer nine flexible training sessions per day. It’s great for beginners or advanced, and our trainers we’ll always guide you every step of the way.

See below to schedule your $25 introductory workout. Note: Your first session is one-on-one with a trainer separate from the class so you get 100% undivided attention. The $25 is credited back to you if you decide to continue.
