Affordable Professional Fitness Training

Our highly effective circuit training-style workouts will improve your strength, build muscle, increase endurance, and protect your overall health. It’s for men & women of all ages & fitness levels - beginner to advanced.

Our certified trainers will coach and guide you through some of the most effective strength training exercises and routines.

We recommend three (non-consecutive) workouts a week for best results. Each workout averages 50 minutes.

Note: These classes are a separate fee from our open gym membership. What’s great though, is that you don’t have to be a member to join these invaluable classes.
