Jeff’s education and experience:

  • Exercise Science Degree - Whitworth University – 1990

  • Board certified - National Strength and Conditioning Association as a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) - 1995

  • Assistant Strength Coach - Seattle Seahawks 1991-1992.

  • IFPA Master Certified Trainer – 2015 (International Fitness Professionals Association).

  • Decades of Professional Coaching Experience – Since 1986

Linda’s education and experience:

  • Graduated from UW in 1989 in Accounting

  • Certified Public Accountant license - 1990

  • IFPA Advanced Certified Trainer - 2003

  • 22 Years Professional Training Experience
