Super Fit’s Flexible Training Hours

Choose up to three of the following 40 training sessions a week.  There are no class reservations and we do not charge you if something comes up.  We highly recommend three, non-consecutive workouts a week to maximize your results and minimize muscular soreness.

Every session is personalized to your individual abilities and goals. A trainer (Jeff or Linda) will guide you through each and every workout.
