Super Fit’s workouts are based on split routines.

Biceps, Triceps, Legs & Core

The workouts are very similar to circuit training but with much more variety and equipment to use. The strength training tools and exercises we use are immense and one can burn up to 800 calories in 50 minutes (on average for men and women).
